I grew up loving antique outboards and boats. My father has been In the Antique Outboard Motor Club (AOMC) since the late 60s, and at an early age I found a great interest in working and refinishing outboards. I started out very young in the club, and my emphasis was on restoration and refinishing. (Lacking a drivers license kept me away from running them.) Because of this, most of my collection deals with the various early models of Johnson Outboards. They are easy to work on and look great when refinished. This webpage is dedicated to antique outboard collecting and restoration.
